“Fra il leccio il pino l’ulivo alto sul mare. tra voli di farfalle sparsi canti di uccelli, ansia di mare.”

Organic Farming Italy - the community to promote sustainable agriculture in Italy
And one way to bring this paradise closer to like-minded people is the idea of adopting some of the thousand organic olive trees. So the godparents immediately take part in a piece of Italy, an idea that is supposed to set signs and will change the world a little.
Our organic farms
Our organic farmers in the region always have one thing in common: they think, feel and work 100 percent organically. At the moment they cultivate more than 20 hectares of organic land and grow not only olives but also vegetables, fruit and wine. And they produce pesto, pickled olives alongside fresh organic eggs and organic honey. Due to the great success of Organic Farming Italy, other farmers and beekeepers have come to our attention. It may well be that we will soon be growing.
Azienda Agricola Sassolive s.r.l.s
The family has been growing olives for generations on the seafront hill next to the Alpicella Tower. In harmony with nature and respect for the plants, they use only organic and natural materials. A few years ago, the official certification of conventional agriculture began to be controlled organic farming (Bioagricert).
San Martino Organic Farm
Since its foundation in 2004, Alberto, Giulia and their two sons have worked tirelessly to produce the highest quality food in the most ecological way possible. The nearly 4-hectare San Martino Organic Farm also has three separate vegetable beds, as well as a small orchard, olive groves and several hives.
Impressions of Bio Farming
In addition to the production of organic food, sustainable agriculture also has side effects that always inspire us. By this we mean not only the incredible flower splendour on the farms. Rather, we are discovering more and more rare herbs and insects that are almost unto be found elsewhere. Our farms are living proof of the promotion of biodiversity through sustainable agriculture.
