What is included in the gift package?

One year of olive tree adoption in Liguria, a certificate in a white real wood frame, photos & a video of your personal tree, and a small bottle of organic olive oil as a taster.

How is the gift personalized?

The tree receives a handmade olive wood name tag with your desired engraving – we capture the moment with photos and video.

When do I receive the photos and video?

After setting up the olive tree adoption and engraving, we usually send the pictures & the short video within a few days.

When does the olive oil from my own harvest arrive?

The harvest usually takes place from October to December; after the resting period, we ship the organic extra virgin olive oil in January–February.

How much olive oil is delivered?

The quantity depends on the tree size and harvest year. In case of a low yield, we supply carefully selected substitute oil from partner farms; in rare exceptional cases, no delivery can be made.

Can I have the package sent directly to the recipient?

Yes, we are happy to send it directly to the recipients – with your personal greeting message upon request.

Are there digital keepsakes to share?

Yes, with every olive tree adoption, we provide a private Dropbox folder with photos, video, and certificate; upon request, we set up a WhatsApp group for updates.

Can the tree be visited?

Yes, by arrangement. The tree is located in Liguria (Northern Italy) and is easily accessible.

How long does the olive tree adoption last – can it be renewed?

The sponsorship lasts for one year and can then be easily extended.

How quickly is the name plaque ready?

Labeling and preparation usually takes 3-4 days (subject to weather and order volume).
