Raimon Christiani –
I was a participant in the 2026 seminar. I particularly enjoyed the general introductory part and the individual tasting and sensory series throughout the day. A very good mix of information, Q, and participant activity. Very interesting exchange with seminar participants regarding individual motivation, from cultivation evaluation to small-scale distribution and sensory interests. Dieter Obert’s expertise was also world-class, as was the pleasant atmosphere created by the organizational team – it was great and highly recommended.
