1. Select gift:

Throughout the year, the recipient receives photos and a video of their olive tree. This creates a real connection – from the first bud to the harvest. 📸

4. Harvest & delivery:
The harvest of olives from your own tree begins in mid-October 🌳. After gentle processing and a short resting period, the fresh organic olive oil is shipped in January or February. ☀️

5. On-site visit:
The recipient can visit their olive tree at any time by appointment. Many combine the olive tree sponsorship as a gift with a holiday in Liguria and experience the farm first-hand. ☀️

Then comes the olive oil from your own tree 🫒

After the harvest, we take the olives to Frantoio Calvi in Imperia – a specialized organic oil mill. There, gentle cold pressing (≤ 27 °C) takes place. This produces a pure organic olive oil directly linked to the tree. In winter, the fresh oil is delivered conveniently to your home – mild, fruity, and typically Taggiasca. 💛

The quantity depends on the chosen olive tree sponsorship as a gift:
Small = 1 bottle, Medium = 3 bottles, Large = 6 bottles.

Each bottle carries the character of the tree – shaped by the sun, wind, and the soils of Liguria.
