An olive tree sponsorship is more than just a gift. You will receive a gift pack containing a printed certificate in a beautiful real wood frame and a bottle of extra virgin organic olive oil. But that’s not all. A wooden sign made of olive wood on the olive tree shows pictures and a video of your adopted tree. You also receive automatic delivery of the olive oil after the harvest in winter. So you don’t have to worry about anything.

*Every year between October and December is the time of the olive harvest. At the end of this period, our sponsors usually receive a delivery of extra virgin organic olive oil from the tree they sponsor.

We are aware that nature has its own cycles and that every harvest is unique. Therefore, in years with poor harvests, we may have to purchase olive oil from farmer friends in mountainous regions where rainfall is higher in order to be able to provide olive oil. However, it should be emphasized that we only do this if our own harvest is insufficient. However, we ensure that every oil we supply meets our strict quality standards and shares our beliefs in sustainability and organic farming. In this way, we can guarantee a small amount of compensation for our patrons in the event of a poor harvest. In rare cases, it may be necessary to purchase olive oil from farmers who grow organically but are not certified.

The Olive Tree Sponsorship gift parcel will normally reach you within 2-3 days, while shipments outside Germany may take longer. The pictures and video of your adopted tree are usually ready within 5 days, unless the weather delays the shooting.

The olive tree sponsorship lasts exactly one year, but can be extended at the end of each year.

With every sponsorship you support the aid organization Rete Tesori della Riviera. This organization helps organic farmers in need due to drought and promotes sustainable agriculture in Italy.

We attach great importance to sustainability. In order to save CO2, we have set up storage facilities in Europe from which the olive oil is distributed to our members. This means you get your organic olive oil mostly from your own country.

We also use sustainable materials. Our cardboard boxes, for example, are made from 60% organic grass and the filling material from organic potato starch. The outer boxes are also made from recycled cardboard.
